Recently my company has been building a simple "friendly looking" website in Wordpress for a client who is a Personal Trainer.  In our keyword research we found there was a bit of traffic in Australia for the terms "________________" and "________________" and both were surprisingly low competition in Google.

The site had been built in Wordpress for a few weeks, and we had just been tweaking content etc., backwards and forwards with the client..., in fact even now, the site is not fully completed to be honest!  The title tags were still just set as the domain name.

2 days ago I checked in to see if the site had been indexed, and the only listing was a pdf download of a brochure we'd uploaded a while back..  That day I added the two keyword phrases into the title tag, and set the site up in Linxboss pointing links to the home page with anchor texts of the two keyword phrases.  I did no other on-page SEO at all, and the domain name does not contain any of the keywords either.  Today, I checked a site search again and found that the home page was indexed.  Next I performed a search within www.google.com.au for the two keywords, and guess what, we rank #1 for both terms!

They are also #5 and #4 respectively in Google.com (In Australia anyway).

Now, I realize that its likely the site will bounce out of that position, but I typically find that where it appears first, is where it will end up, after a few days or weeks, even if it does fall out
for a little while.

So in the space of two days, setting up this site in Linxboss (plus title tag optimization) caused it to get indexed and ranked #1 for both keywords!  Best of all, I didn't have to fiddle around with blog comment posting, or article marketing, or directory posting - instead, only about 60 seconds of setting up in Linxboss...  very cool!
